In a snapshot, GTE has an Integrated Management System that is designed to provide procedures and guidelines to all staff for the operation of GTE within the industry codes of practice, rules and standards. GTE has developed an IMS that not only governs the procedures in place and guides staff how to implement project development and planning, but also assists with the recording and analysis of detailed data, that is then reported through to the client and used for further project developments. Our systems are assessed annually by external auditors, and we pride ourselves on our robust management and continued positive results and continual performance improvements.

- Spray sheet daily reporting – for each spray we record the data of chemical usage/application rates, line section/locations, and environmental conditions of the spray completed
- Performance measures and continual improvements are a vital aspect of our company and the services we provide. GTE Staff discuss opportunities for development of improved systems at regular toolbox and safety meetings and through constant communication between administration and operations staff, such as our recent addition of interactive data forms and digital maps developed for iPad use in the field.
- Health and safety of our staff is a top priority, and at GTE we understand the importance of regular medical checks, not only for compliance to our standards, but as part of the overall management of fatigue, health and safety development and ensuring our staff are all trained in first aid and emergency management.
