Quality ISO 9001
GTE Track Spray has developed and implemented a Quality Management System that complies with the ISO 9001 International Quality Assurance Standard. The Quality Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company’s activities.
Management is committed to implementing and continually improving our quality management system. Our quality objectives are regularly reviewed and discussed at management and toolbox meetings.
All GTE Track Spray personnel and contractors comply and work towards the requirements of the management system. Employee involvement is encouraged through training, communication, and consultation. Management regularly review the system to maintain its suitability and effectiveness.
Environment ISO 14001
As part of our commitment to achieving the principles of responsible environmental management, sustainability and protection of the natural environment in our workplace and in order to minimise our impact on the environment for generations to come, GTE has developed and implemented an Environmental Management System that complies with the Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001.
The Environmental Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company’s activities. GTE is committed to:
- Complying with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which GTE Track Spray subscribes, which relate to its environmental aspects
- Providing a high quality service with minimal environmental impact;
- Minimising our impact on the community;
- Operating and continually improving our Environmental Management System.
All GTE Track Spray personnel work towards the fulfillment of the management system, and management regularly review the system to maintain its suitability and effectiveness. Some examples of our commitment to the environment include the drum muster and cardboard recycling programs, the replacement of printed books with continually updated digital resources and training on biosites and client specific JSA’s and SWMS.
Safety ISO 45001
GTE Track Spray Pty Ltd (GTE) is committed to ensuring that it will carry out its rail and associated operations in a manner that is cognisant of the needs and aspirations of all who are involved with our operations, including the communities where we work, our employees, contractors, business partners and customers.
To achieve this objective we continually strive to find the best practicable systems and management processes available in all business areas including rail safety and OHS/WHS. Workplace Safety is a business objective for GTE and we believe in providing a safe and healthy work environment for all staff, contractors, and the public. We ensure that attaining the highest level of quality in our operations does not come at a cost to safety.
In order to attain the highest level of safety in our operations, GTE Track Spray has developed and implemented a Safety Management System that complies with the Safety Management Standard ISO 45001. The Safety Management System is defined in documented management procedures, which provide clear standards and guidelines in all the appropriate areas of the company’s activities. Management is committed to complying with all relevant WHS/OHS legislation, codes of practice and industry guidelines. This policy is communicated to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders of GTE to ensure awareness of our commitment to safety. Our safety objectives are regularly reviewed and discussed at meetings.
