Due to the nature of the railway corridors and the timetables we need to fit in with, our operations staff often work at night (ALTBFT – after the last train and before the first train), and often in remote areas of Australia. Our reporting obligations require the details of our weed spray activities to be reported to the client within tight time-frames, and so GTE have developed specific ways to record and transfer the data to our administrative team for capture, analysis and reporting to our clients through digital technologies.
The large amount of information we capture is recorded and reported through detailed customised forms specific to each client’s needs. Our customer feedback results are extremely high with much positive feedback being received for our service provision and reporting data and analysis over multiple client networks and project officers/environmental managers.
Lead by Kylie Henderson the Head Office Compliance and Systems Manager, data collection and reporting have been brought into the innovative digital realm of PDF forms and other collection processes, streamlining the information being able to be reported to the client project managers.
