GTE Track Spray are considered an essential service as a provider of vegetation maintenance on the various rail networks across Australia. Due to the safety requirements of network trains operating, and the effect vegetation has on the safety risk for the public, it is imperative that our services continue through this period.
As such our COVID-19 response has been implemented and is flexible to allow for the various stages we are progressing through. GTE have developed a COVID-19 specific policy and risk assessment which has been distributed to project managers of the networks and is now in place. The health and well-being of all GTE staff, clients and the public is of the utmost importance to GTE Track Spray.
GTE is keeping up to date with all Government issued risk reduction advice and measure including following the applicable procedures and protocols as set by each network during this difficult time for all. We wish that everyone stay safe and continue to service the public through our work on the rail networks.
