With the recent rulings for authorised workers, GTE staff have all now been double vaccinated to ensure continuity of the services we provide to keep transport networks operating safely.
GTE maintain a register of the vaccination status and certificates which are available for network verification upon request. We have a detailed COVID SWMS and risk controls in place to ensure SFAIRP our staff and personnel they do come into contact with are protected as far as possible against contamination. Our administration and operations staff remain abreast of all state/border regulations and rules and continue to navigate through a safe and effective operation for our services to continue to the exceptional GTE Track Spray level.
With the implementation of these controls having been in place for some time now, it has been business as usual (with a few additional controls) on the railway tracks and reserves. Coming into the holiday season, GTE are pleased to have continued servicing our clients and public networks to ensure safe travel for all.
