Today after our toolbox and safety meeting, staff at GTE Track Spray engaged in their annual CPR refresher course.
There have been 2 changes in the CPR course since last year, further showing us why we need to remain updated to this vital knowledge in the workplace. Because our operations staff are dealing with very real risks and dangers in everyday situations on the rail corridor, we employ various assessment and preventative actions, including first aid training, to ensure they know what to do and how to keep safe. In the unfortunate scenario where something may go wrong, we want our staff to be prepared.
